Cancun Diving Prices & Payment Options
Prices for our scuba diving trips and courses are listed on the individual service pages. You can reserve online through the website or contact me directly if you prefer to arrange your reservation by phone.Online Reservations: Use the Reserve Now or Add to Cart button on the trip or course you want to book. Most online reservations require full payment, although some trips offer a deposit option.
Shopping Cart: You can add more than one dive, course or activity to the shopping cart before completing your reservation.

Deposit Payments: Most diving trips and courses can be reserved by phone with a deposit, with the remaining balance paid according to the payment instructions for your trip. Private diving and private snorkeling charters require full payment and cannot be reserved with a deposit.
Holiday Weeks: Full payment is required for day trips during holiday weeks, even when a deposit would normally be available.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that vacation plans sometimes change. The cancellation policy below applies to most Cancun diving reservations unless a different policy is listed for a specific trip, course or private charter.24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or changes require at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled trip.
Changes & Rescheduling: With at least 24 hours' notice, you can cancel, reschedule, reduce the number of participants or make changes to your reservation without penalty.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. When possible, I will still try to help reschedule your trip based on availability.
No-Shows & Last-Minute Changes: Missed trips, no-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. When possible, alternative dates may be offered for rescheduling.
Different Cancellation Policies: Some trips and courses have different cancellation requirements. Private charters and certain multi-day training courses, for example, require more advance notice. The cancellation policy shown on the individual service page applies when it differs from the general 24-hour policy.

Yes. Most diving trips and courses can be reserved by phone with a deposit instead of full payment. Deposit and final-payment requirements vary depending on the trip.

Yes. You can add multiple dives, courses or activities to the shopping cart before checking out. If you are planning several days of diving, you can also look at our multi-day dive packages.
I recommend reserving once your travel dates are confirmed, especially if you need specific diving days or are traveling during a busy period. Advance reservations also make it easier to coordinate Cozumel, cenote and multi-day diving schedules.
