How do we get to the dive boats?

Cancun has many easy and convenient transportation options in the hotel zone. There are taxis, buses, and Uber. Once booked, we send you a detailed confirmation email with all the details, directions, and instructions. Feel free to give us a call to discuss logistics.

What happens to my dive booking if the weather is bad?

Your safety is our absolute priority. If the Cancun Port Captain closes the harbor due to high winds or rough seas, we will easily reschedule your reef or MUSA dive, switch your itinerary to the protected freshwater Cenotes, or issue a full refund. You have a 24hr Cancellation Policy on your dives if you chosse to cancel due to any reason.
